Luke Spooner
Physiotherapist

Luke earned his Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK, after receiving a BSc in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University. Growing up in Ottawa, Luke was drawn to a variety of sports at the competitive level, with his primary interest being hockey. Being around the sporting world from a young age, Luke was exposed to the importance of injury prevention and management through education and exercise. He continues to use this philosophy in combination with manual therapy in his practice to optimize his patient’s rehab potential with regards to their function, knowledge, and overall quality of life. Luke enjoys staying active when he’s away from the clinic through time spent outdoors hiking, running, and playing recreational league sports such as softball, soccer, and hockey with his friends. He is a firm believer that movement is medicine and looks forward to getting to know his patients, optimizing their movement, and helping them reach their rehab goals.
